For the second year in a row, Los Angeles Film School was included in FILMMAKER Magazine’s Film School Guide. Published annually, the Film School Guide profiles the nation’s leading public and private film schools, providing readers with valuable information about each school, such as application deadlines, degrees offered, and distinguished faculty and alumni.
The LA Film School’s film program is recognized as one of the nation’s top programs offering undergraduate and associate degrees on campus and online. Students can enjoy 250,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities, including five film sound stages, a 330-seat main theater and campus library, as well as personal access to necessary hardware and software, connect with a vast network of accomplished alumni, and the chance to learn from industry experts. Outside of the classroom, the LA Film School boasts a community of engaged students who are involved in several student clubs, including the LA Student Film Organization.
The LA Film School, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, currently offers 18 different undergraduate degrees. Covering almost every aspect of the entertainment industry, students can choose from a variety of programs including animation, audio production, digital filmmaking, entertainment business, film production, graphic design, media communications, writing for film and television and music production.
