“The Sisters Grimm” by Apple TV + is a fractured and frustrating animated fairy tale | TV / Streaming

“The Sisters Grimm” by Apple TV +, based on books of the same name of Michael Buckley, intends to act as an entry point for too young viewers for “Harry Potter” and “The Chronicles of Narnia” who always aspire to a serialized fantasy.
